Because you chose to link arms with us and our international partners, you get to know about the amazing things that happened with MBF in 2018.
We facilitated four successful Saline Trainings, with hopes that many more will follow in the new year. We have had orphans graduate from MBF partner FSIL Nursing School and now they will be able to serve the community they were served by (more on that story later). That's a beautiful picture of the Gospel lived out.
We have had zero deaths this year from the Darbonne Maternal and Child Health Clinic (MCH) in Haiti. This means that over 400 births have led to mothers and new babies getting a healthier start to life. Here's to the future!
The Mobilizing Medical Missions (M3) Conference is designed
to bring together healthcare professionals, as well as anyone who has a desire
to use their skills to meet pressing global health care needs.
We are so thankful to be able to participate again this year, and our very own CEO, Andy Mayo will be leading a breakout session. Along with our CEO, you will also have a chance to hear from our Haiti Project Manager, Paule-Nise Stinfil and Director of Nursing Services, Ministry of Health Kenya, Dr. Mary Ishepe

There is so much in the works with partnerships, grants
Please join us in prayer for the ASHA grant we have with our partners in Chogoria. With all the details in many hands, pray that there are no gaps in any of the follow-ups. Pray that MBF is able to see this out with no major obstacles or deterrents.
Please lift up the next Haiti mission trip being led by Adam Gully this month. Pray that God would prepare the hearts and minds of all those involved as final details are taken care of. Pray for safe travels there and back again, as well as relationships to be seeded deeply and nurtured well, long after they return home.
Please pray for this new year and all the plans that God has for MBF. It is an exciting time and feels like doors are opening with new ventures in store. Please pray that the MBF team and all our partners would continue to use discernment and wisdom as we walk each step he reveals.
We thank God that ASHA and MBF are working together again! We are in phase two of a plan to build dorms for nursing students at Clive Irvine College of Nursing. This is going to enable more nursing students to attend the college and it will also create more health care workers for Chogoria Hospital and the surrounding communities.
